“A Right to be Heard” is a policy brief summarising the main findings of the most up-to-date UK-based evidence on palliative and end-of-life care for people affected by dementia. Aiming to inform policy decisions around care available to people affected by dementia, the evidence has been brought together into four calls to action, each with two evidence-informed recommendations.
Goal:
To inform policy decisions with up-to-date evidence on palliative and end-of-life care for people affected by dementia.

Objectives:
1. To bring together different evidence relating to palliative and end-of-life care for people affected by dementia.
2. To make a compelling case for change in how palliative and end-of-life care is provided to people affected by dementia.
3. To make recommendations based on the evidence presented.
