Alzheimers New Zealand Dementia Services and Standards Model and toolkit

Provides a Model that organisations can self- assess their services against to ensure they are providing services at a standard that meet the Models criteria. It is a "learning by doing" approach in that organisations self-assess their own performance against the Model's criteria and then are peer reviewed. Other organisations make up the peer review team so it contributes to learning, organisational collaboration and the sharing of ideas. Underpinning the Model is that people living with dementia are at the heart of all that we do.
