Driving following a diagnosis of dementia can be challenging for the individual and those closest to them. The Driving and Dementia Roadmap website provides support for people with dementia, their carers and health professionals in helping to navigate the many challenges that driving poses in the context of dementia.
The aim of the Driving and Dementia Roadmap is to provide information and resources to support people living with dementia and their carers in making the decision to stop driving and to maintain their quality of life after they have stopped driving. It also contains a separate portal for health professionals to guide their patients and clients through the driving cessation process.
